Who Created Stride Series?

Hi, I’m Nat Lockhart — and I ditched the “go hard or go home” exercise hustle six years ago (and never looked back).

After 20+ years of chasing sweat-soaked workouts and fitness perfection, it was a simple walk with my dog that changed everything.

 

I started walking daily. Nothing fancy — just fresh air, movement, and me showing up.


And that “simple” habit helped me lose 20+ pounds in my late 40's, boost my energy, and build a body I remembered having before kids.

 

Suddenly, those walks were my favorite part of the day.
(Okay, maybe not every day — but most days 😉)

 

With a background in Phys Ed and over 30 years of consistent exercise under my belt, I thought I had to push hard to see results. (nope!)


Turns out, I just needed to train smarter, not harder.

Today, I'm a Certified Nutrition Coach, cinnamon bun maker (30k+ and counting - yes, really!), cafe owner (cinnamon bun count make sense now?), cookbook author and award-nominated adult educator.

 

More importantly?

 

I help women in the 40's and 50's create automatic health habits that get serious results while you're out living your best life and not obsessing about the things that just don't matter.

Meet My Co-Host!

Meet Nickel; a 6-year-old Portuguese Water Dog. 

 

It was really Nickel's idea to create this program, but she's letting me take all the credit.  She's sweet like that!

 

Diagnosed with an enlarged heart, we bid adieu to her wild trail rides and focused solely on walks that let her go at her own pace.

 

Sadly, a mere 5 days before the initial launch of Stride Series, Nickel died suddenly on the trail while out for her walk.

 

Now, every walk I take is in her memory.

What's Inside Stride Series?

In week 1, we cover the essential building blocks of sustainable movement, proper form, mindset and motivation...all in the first 7 walks.

 

The first week is all about laying the groundwork — establishing consistency, building confidence, shifting your mindset and creating a walking practice that doesn't just feel good, but does good for your body and brain.

In week 2, we kick it up a notch and start building real endurance with Day 8–14 walks.

 

We dial up the intensity with power-focused walks while keeping it doable and go-at-your-own-pace. This week gets spicy🌶️ with longer intervals and upbeat walking combos that get your heart rate up and put a smile on your face. 

In Week 3, the momentum shifts. 

 

Now it’s time to challenge your limits, explore your potential, and cement the habits that are turning into real results. You're doing it!

 

Day 15–21 walks blend high-energy intervals, deeper mindset work, and a celebration 🎊 of your physical and emotional wins.

In Week 4, we tie it all together, physically, mentally, and emotionally. 

 

This final chapter is your victory lap, filled with sweaty celebrations, deep reflections, and intentional movement that remind you just how far you've come.

 

Day 22-28 is about finishing strong and stepping into what’s next, feeling stronger, fitter, freer, and more confident than ever.
